Don’t buy fake Apple products

Since the fake AirPods look exactly like the originals, how do we realize that they are fakes?

In this case, the user has noticed that there is a new update and it could not be installed. The Apple Store was supposed to fix the problem, but instead Apple refused to repair it.

What Apple said:

Unfortunately, we were unable to carry out the requested repair for one of these reasons:
